Deposits Policys 

  Reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of 250 USD Pre-season Reservations are for a specified date and Your rent begins on the reservation date, not on the date of arrival. If you arrive in advance of your reserved date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Special consideration will be made and at a minimum we may be able to provide a short term dry camping site for prevailing rates.

  Cancellations or early departures are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any extension to your reservation made at the time of arrival will be offered at the same rate, subject to availability. Any extension after arrival will be subject to new rates.

  We require email confirmation of arrival date no later than 1 week prior. Failure to confirm reservation and/or arrive on your specified date may cause forfeit of site and may be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. In the event you are unable to travel; and with a minimum 30 days notice, we will carry the deposit forward to the following season. If you cannot make it down at that time, the deposit will be considered forfeited.

 From time to time we will offer Limited Specials that will apply to new reservations. Specials may be withdrawn without notice at the discretion of the Owner and Management.

SITE RENTAL AGREEMENTS:

  All rent for entire length of stay is due at the time of check-in.

  Reservations are based on a maximum of 2 adults per RV; additional guests are subject to an extra charge per person.

  All sites will contain no more than one RV plus one personal vehicle. Any additional vehicles are subject to prevailing rates and must be parked in approved location

  Tents are subject to current rates and may be approved on the site, on an individual basis.

  Cargo trailers or extra vehicles may be stored subject to availability of space at prevailing rates.

  A vacant or vacated site will be considered available for rent at the discretion of the owner and management.
